Afghan officials say Pakistani airstrikes killed three people in Kunar
Afghan officials said Pakistani airstrikes killed three members of one family and wounded four people in Kunar province; Pakistan had not commented.
Afghan officials said airstrikes attributed to Pakistan hit Kunar province early Monday, killing three members of one family and injuring four people. A Taliban spokesperson also reported strikes in Paktika province that damaged a shop and an unoccupied house without causing casualties.
Pakistan had not immediately commented on the allegations. The reported strikes follow renewed warnings from Islamabad about armed groups it says operate from Afghan territory, a claim Afghanistan's Taliban government denies.
