Australian boxer Tony Mundine dies at 75 after heart attack

Australian boxer Tony Mundine, who competed across four weight divisions and challenged for the world middleweight title, died at 75 after a heart attack.

Tony Mundine died Sunday at age 75 after a heart attack, Australian Associated Press reported. Born in Baryulgil, New South Wales, he became the first Australian boxer to compete in four weight divisions.

Mundine challenged Carlos Monzon for the world middleweight title in 1974 and ended his career with 80 wins, including 64 knockouts, 15 losses and one draw.
