British recruitment firm PGGBR enters voluntary liquidation months after buying Premier assets
PGGBR appointed a voluntary liquidator after the recruitment firm reportedly fell behind on payments for assets bought from the collapsed Premier Group Recruitment.
Companies House filings show that PGGBR appointed a voluntary liquidator. The firm had bought Premier Group Recruitment’s assets after Premier entered administration owing £2.9 million.
The Guardian reported that PGGBR fell behind on promised installment payments to Premier’s administrator. Andrew Woosnam, who founded PGGBR and controlled Premier, was approached for comment.
