Elorian releases Glimpse visual-reasoning model in research preview
AI startup Elorian released its first model, Glimpse, as a research preview with API access and a waitlist for its chat interface, TechCrunch reported.
Elorian said Glimpse is designed to revisit image regions, inspect video frames and use code while reasoning about visual material. The Palo Alto company released the model as a research preview, according to TechCrunch. The company said its own evaluations found strong results on scientific-chart reasoning and short video captioning; those performance claims have not been independently established in the report.
