Federal judge orders White House to keep access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico reporters
A federal judge ordered the White House to continue allowing CNN, MS NOW and Politico journalists access while their lawsuit over revoked credentials proceeds.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly granted a preliminary injunction barring enforcement of the September decision to revoke White House hard-pass credentials held by the three outlets' employees.
The ruling keeps access in place as the outlets challenge the decision, which the judge wrote was likely to violate due-process and First Amendment protections.
