Ghent University bars Nathan Cofnas from teaching for three months
Ghent University imposed a three-month teaching ban and remote-work requirement on researcher Nathan Cofnas while allowing limited research to continue.
The Belgian university said it imposed a disciplinary measure requiring Cofnas to work remotely and stop teaching for three months. His research may continue only on the subjects covered by his appointment.
The university said an inquiry remains open to determine whether further disciplinary action is warranted.
