House passes funding bill that delays federal hemp THC ban by one month

The House approved a continuing resolution 370-48 that would maintain federal funding through Dec. 11 and avert a shutdown when current funding expires. The Senate previously passed the measure, leaving President Donald Trump's signature as the next step.
The legislation also postpones for one month a federal ban on most hemp-derived THC products, giving lawmakers and the industry additional time to pursue a regulatory framework.
