IAEA urges access to Iranian nuclear sites and materials
The IAEA said its lack of access to Iranian nuclear facilities and information about nuclear material requires urgent action and presents a proliferation concern.
In a quarterly report seen by news agencies, the U.N. nuclear watchdog raised particular concern about its inability to inspect facilities hit by military attacks, including the Isfahan plant.
IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi called for a verifiable diplomatic agreement. Iran says inspections of attacked sites require special criteria and protocols and denies seeking nuclear weapons.
