Kansas Democratic Senate candidate Adam Hamilton says he would not back Schumer as leader
Kansas Democratic Senate candidate Adam Hamilton said he would not support Chuck Schumer for another term as the party's Senate leader.
Hamilton, who is challenging Republican Sen. Roger Marshall, told CNN he wants new leadership and described Schumer as a liability for Kansas Democrats.
He joins several Democratic Senate candidates who have withheld support for Schumer's continued leadership of the caucus.
