Lindsay Clancy's lawyer asks court to examine holdout juror's conduct

Clancy's lawyer asked the court to question juror Michael Desronvil about alleged cellphone use during deliberations and his answers during jury selection. The motion also seeks records of calls and texts during deliberations.
The request follows a mistrial in Clancy's murder case after jurors could not reach a unanimous verdict. Desronvil has not been accused of wrongdoing in connection with his jury service.
