Minnesota Supreme Court rejects Mike Lindell’s bid for a gubernatorial primary recount
The Minnesota Supreme Court rejected Mike Lindell’s petition for a broader recount after his Republican gubernatorial primary loss.
Chief Justice Natalie Hudson wrote that Lindell’s claim failed on the merits, ruling that his request to examine alleged ballot anomalies confused a recount with an election contest. Lindell lost the Aug. 11 Republican primary to state House Speaker Lisa Demuth by about 45,000 votes.
