NASA program acquires Wyvern hyperspectral satellite datasets for Earth research
NASA announced that its Commercial Satellite Data Acquisition program acquired datasets from Wyvern’s five-satellite Dragonette constellation.
NASA said Wyvern’s commercial imagery provides visible and near-infrared hyperspectral data at about five-meter ground resolution. The agency is evaluating the products for research uses including vegetation, soil and water analysis.
Access will be governed by the program’s licensing terms, and data requests require NASA review and approval.
