OpenAI reports increased use of agentic tools among EU business customers
OpenAI said its new analysis found that Codex and ChatGPT Work accounted for more than half of output tokens among EU enterprise and business customers in its sample.
OpenAI reported that weekly active users of its agentic tools among EU small and medium businesses grew more than eightfold from May 2026.
The company said its analysis found wide differences in the intensity and types of AI use among EU countries and businesses.
