Reports say Trump administration is preparing institution-wide ICC sanctions

The Trump administration is preparing sanctions against the International Criminal Court as an institution, according to reports cited by Al Jazeera. Reuters attributed the plan to two people familiar with it, while The Wall Street Journal reported that most US transactions with the court would be barred after a grace period.
The measures have not yet been announced. ICC leaders have previously said institution-wide sanctions could disrupt payments, technology services and investigations.
