Russian officials say naval drone struck oil tanker off Sochi
Russia's transport ministry said a naval drone struck a Liberian-flagged oil tanker off Sochi and all 23 crew members were rescued.
The ministry said the strike set the tanker on fire and that crude oil was burning in the Black Sea. It said firefighting would begin when rescue vessels could safely approach; Kyiv had not commented on the reported attack.
