WHO Issues Its First Global Guidelines on Child Obesity
The World Health Organization released its first global guidelines on child obesity as it reported rising obesity among children and adolescents.
The World Health Organization released global guidance on child obesity, UN News reported. The agency said obesity among people ages 5 to 19 has risen from about 2% in 1990 to around 8%.
